Obedience

God will take care of me.

DO YOUR PART.

Deuteronomy 29:29 GOD, our God, will take care of the hidden things but the revealed things are our business. It’s up to us and our children to attend to all the terms in this Revelation.

STAY CLOSE TO GOD.

Psalms 31:23 Love GOD, all you saints; GOD takes care of all who stay close to him, But he pays back in full
those arrogant enough to go it alone.

GOD ALREADY HAS PLANS FOR US.

Jeremiah 29:11 I know what I’m doing. I have it all planned out– plans to take care of you, not abandon you, plans to give you the future you hope for.

BE HONEST AND OF GOOD CHARACTER.

Luke 12:15 Speaking to the people, he went on,”Take care! Protect yourself against the least bit of greed. Life is not defined by what you have, even when you have a lot.”

LET GOD BE GOD

Acts 17:25 or need the human race to run errands for him, as if he couldn’t take care of himself. He makes the creatures; the creatures don’t make him.

GOD WILL SUPPLY WHAT YOU NEED.

Philippians 4:19 You can be sure that God will take care of everything you need, his generosity exceeding even yours in the glory that pours from Jesus.

DON’T LIVE IN THE PAST.

Hebrews 10:18 Once sins are taken care of for good, there’s no longer any need to offer sacrifices for them.

HAVE FAITH IN GOD,

James 2:18 I can already hear one of you agreeing by saying,”Sounds good. You take care of the faith department, I’ll handle the works department.”
Not so fast. You can no more show me your works apart from your faith than I can show you my faith apart from my works. Faith and works, works and faith, fit together hand in glove.

STOP BEATING YOURSELF UP.

1 John 3:21 Friends, once that’s taken care of and we’re no longer accusing or condemning ourselves, we’re bold and free before God!

LET GOD HAVE THE BAD STUFF.

Jude 1:9 The Archangel Michael, who went to the mat with the Devil as they fought over the body of Moses, wouldn’t have dared level him with a blasphemous curse, but said simply,”No you don’t. God will take care of you!”
