Good news is for sharing

The willingness to share without holding back from the truth is one of the main contributions we can make in recovery. Sharing encourages understanding, interest, support and fellowship. Sharing our experience lightens our burden and often benefits others.

Testimony and open confession makes us witnesses, cementing our decision to persevere in the process of recovery. Strengthening our will to continue at any cost.

2 Kings 7:9 They said to each other, “We are doing wrong! Today we have good news, but we are silent. If we wait until the sun comes up, we will be punished. Now let’s go and tell the people who live in the king’s palace.”
