Developing Spiritual Health

1 Timothy 4:12 Don’t let anyone put you down because you’re young. Teach believers with your life: by word, by demeanor, by love, by faith, by integrity.

Balance is required in both the physical and spiritual areas of your life.

Are you in shape both physically and spiritually? In this world much emphasis is placed on physical health, but spiritual health (Godliness) is much more important.

To develop spiritual health we need to practice Principle Seven every day.

‘Reserve daily time with God for self-examination, Bible reading and prayer.’

It is the only way to know His will for you and gain power from Him to live the life He has planned for you.
