“He must be a good leader of his own family. This means that his children obey him with full respect.” 1 Timothy 3:4
Most of us have had enough experience to know the difference between good and bad management. Good managers lead by influence. They delegate but are available to help when required. They seek input from others and plan ahead. Bad managers tend to lead by authority. They tend to control all the decision but are unavailable when problems arise. The generally reduce the input of others a tend to make decisions without planning.
Dad’s, your family expect you to be the leader, the manager. And, God is pleased when men stand before Him and give account of how they carried out their management responsibilities. http://ow.ly/i/2IZW3
