Day 174

Blessed are the people who know the passwords of praise, who shout on parade in the bright presence of God. Psalm 89:15

God wants to begin a good work in us. He eagerly anticipates our willingness to allow continuation so that life becomes under His control, a series of beginnings.

There has never been the slightest doubt in my mind that the God who started this great work in you would keep at it and bring it to a flourishing finish on the very day Christ Jesus appears. Philippians 1:6

MEDITATION
“Blessed are the people who know the password of praise.” It can make the ears tingle, put a song in the heart, give a lift and  a lilt to life, put a spring on the step, bring harmony into existence, attune us to reality and orchestrate newness. Conversion from sinful enslavement is radical. It can only begin to our personal response to relationship with Jesus, conviction about our wrongdoing, confession of our sin, humble penitence before the Cross.

PRAYER
Lord let nothing shut out the sound of the Gospel or the call of God in my life. Let me be found always listening to You!
