Balance in self-evaluation

scales

Be an example to all believers in what you say, in the way you live, in your love, your faith, and your purity.
1 Timothy 4:12

We know the importance of watching ourselves closely. We must be on constant guard against sin that can lead to relapse. We also need to keep watch on what we believe just as closely. wrong beliefs can be the starting point to return of our old attitudes, habits and behaviours. Keep watch for people who may try to persuade you that your new way of living is not as important as the old way. Persevere in balanced self-evaluation of your spiritual progress. (STEP 10)
