Bad behaviour as a result of our addictions and compulsions interferes with our ability to manage our lives. Yet, accepting our powerlessness and lack of control can be the biggest stumbling block to believing in and trusting God in the process of spiritual recovery.

None of us have the power to change in our own strength. The first step in the beginning of establishing the right foundations of humility and helplessness to move forward in our journey of recovery and faith.
