Stop judging others
Luke 6:37 “If you do not judge others, then you will not be judged. If you do not find others guilty, then you will not be found guilty. Forgive, and you will be forgiven.
There is nothing more infuriating in life than a reformed smoker. They tend to complain all the time about others who still smoke. Maybe it’s because they are not really comfortable with the fact they had to stop.
When it comes to judging and persecuting others I find it best to take some time to reflect on where I came from, what happened and how I have changed.
Forgiveness is not always easy because of our feelings and emotions. I have found when you can step back from your feelings and emotions you get a clearer picture of why others behaviour is disturbing you.
- How are you allowing your emotions to define how you think about others and treat them?
Prayer: God help me when I start to judge others and their behaviours
to remember where I came from.
