Daily Reflection November 11, 2016
Philippians 2:14-15 Do everything readily and cheerfully–no bickering, no second-guessing allowed! Go out into the world uncorrupted, a breath of fresh air in this squalid and polluted society. Provide people with a glimpse of good living and of the living God. Carry the light-giving Message into the night
The way to avoid unnecessary arguments is clear understanding by all parties. The way for all parties to understand is clear lines of communication. I read somewhere that communication is depositing a part of yourself in another person.
The reality is that clear communication doesn’t just happen. We need to learn to speak truthfully to each other and we need to learn for forgive one another when we don’t get it right.
– Is there anyone you need to go and apologise to because of poor communication?
Prayer: God help me today to communicate clearly with
everyone I interact with and avoid any confusion.
