Everyone is Welcome

John 6:37 Every person the Father gives me eventually comes running to me. And once that person is with me, I hold on and don’t let go.

Everyone needs recovery and everyone is welcome in Living Life Recovery.

As part of my rehab, it was compulsory to attend Alcoholics Anonymous meetings. When I finished the program and left the rehab I continued to attend A.A. At the same time, I established and was running an Alcoholics Victorious Group

One night when I attended A.A. I shared how Jesus had changed my life and was responsible for my recovery. An elder of the A.A. group came up to me afterward and said. “This is A.A., not a church you can’t talk about Jesus here.” I don’t know if this attitude still exists in A.A. I don’t attend anymore.

– Are you open to welcoming everyone into recovery?

Prayer: Lord, help me this week to find one person I have not yet shared with in recovery and talk to them.
