Recovery is Contagious
Acts 16:31 “Put your entire trust in the Master Jesus. Then you’ll live as you were meant to live–and everyone in your house included!”
Over the life of my recovery I have watched members of my immediate family change because of the changes they have seen in me. Do they profess to be Christian? I don’t know. They are all believers. The same as I was before I came into recovery.
The one thing I am sure of God is working in each of them and He has changed them whether they acknowledge Him or not.
The other thing I know is because of my decision to change and its effect on my children. My kids are not into the things I was growing up.
Recovery changes our lives and it also changes the lives of those in our sphere of influence.
- Have you noticed changes in others because of your recovery?

Jesus said “In this godless world you will continue to experience difficulties. But take heart! I’ve conquered the world.” John 16:33

I am not the same!
Prayer: God through my example change those I love and cherish.
