Time is a talent God gives to us. Our time is misused when it is not used according to God’s design.
1 Peter 5:6 Be content with who you are, and don’t put on airs. God’s strong hand is on you; he’ll promote you at the right time.
Sunday after Sunday I go to Church and share with other Christian’s about how good God is to me. Regularly I post to this blog about different aspects of my recovery experience and how much I have spiritually as a result of te process in my life. I jump at chances to talk to people about my personal relationship with the Holy Spirit and His influence on my daily living. But challenged by God over the last couple of months I ask myself. and you “Is it enough?”
The words of this song say “We want to see Jesus lifted high a banner that fly’s across this land. That all may see the truth and know He is the Way to heaven.”
Jesus said, Matthew 28:19-20 “Go out and train everyone you meet, far and near, in this way of life, marking them by baptism in the threefold name: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Then instruct them in the practice of all I have commanded you. I’ll be with you as you do this, day after day after day, right up to the end of the age.”
- What are you doing today in your circle of influence to promote Jesus Christ as the Truth, the Way and the Life?
Prayer: Lord help me today, show me the way. One Day at a Time to promote You as the One True Higher Power.

Living Life Recovery is a safe place where people can come, share and investigate the realities of God’s promises for themselves.
We believe that as we investigate God’s promises for our lives and practice the ‘Spiritual Principles of Recovery’ as outlined in ‘God’s Word’ we will find the strength and freedom we need to live productive and peaceful lives.
We welcome anyone who has a sincere desire to change their lives. To rise above the pain and turmoil caused by dependencies and compulsive behaviors their own lives or the lives of a loved one or friend.
Many of us wallow in our pasts and sink easily into the harbour of such memories. Ask forgiveness for allowing these feelings to overcome what you know is your new reality. This episode is also available as a blog post: https://livingliferecovery.com/2022/04/27/thougtfortoday/
