Colossians 3:2 If you’re serious about living this new resurrection life with Christ, act like it. Pursue the things over which Christ presides. Don’t shuffle along, eyes to the ground, absorbed with the things right in front of you. Look up, and be alert to what is going on around Christ—that’s where the action is. See things from his perspective.

My Lord, in my time of trouble I came to you. I reached out for you all night long. My soul refused to be comforted. I thought about you, God, and tried to tell you how I felt, but I could not. You would not let me sleep. I tried to say something, but I was too upset. I kept thinking about the past, about things that happened long ago. During the night, I thought about my songs. I talked to myself, trying to understand what is happening. Psalms 77:2-6
In his time of trouble the Psalmist became so distressed he could not even pray. Has that ever happened to you? It has to me!
When it does do not give up, pray anyway, ask God to slow life down and give you perspective. Ask Him to let you see all the pieces of the problem so you can bring them all together and work on a solution, with Him to ‘keep moving forward.’
